A Mountain Festival without films? Absolutely not! Films are one of the festival’s cornerstones – from all the submissions, the Film Competition jury selects gems you can watch in Lądek-Zdrój. These include Polish and world premieres.

Lectures from travellers, athletes, and creators. The Mountain Festival offers countless opportunities to discover fascinating stories, lifestyles, and new perspectives. To explore what’s close and what remains unknown.
MEETINGS
The Festival is about people – you create the atmosphere, and it’s for you that outstanding Himalayan climbers, travellers, and well-known figures come here. Meet them, talk to them. Experience the Mountains and the Festival spirit.
YOUNG MOUNTAINS
A festival for children and young people! A passion for travel and discovering the world, workshops, and days packed to the brim with amazing programme highlights – an adventure that will be remembered for a very long time!
RUNNING
If it’s running, it’s in Lądek-Zdrój! Conquer your eight-thousander – we traditionally organise running races with distances corresponding to the height of a chosen eight-thousander. Take on the challenge and get active.
CLIMBING WORKSHOPS
Want to start climbing? Or perhaps walls aren’t new to you, but it’s time to refine your technique? Integration Through Climbing is for you! Choose a workshop and do it in Lądek! Fair warning – spots sell out in a flash.
EXPO
The largest EXPO zone among mountain events! Dozens of exhibitors well-known in the outdoor world. Handmade goods and smaller creators. Gear, clothing, accessories. Everyone will find what they need.
BIKES
Biking is totally awesome! And if the conditions are more or less challenging, it’s definitely worth joining a cycling expedition around Lądek. We invite you to workshops, trips, conversations, and exploring.
CONCERTS & CLUB36
It’s been said that the Mountain Festival is a party from Thursday to Sunday. And that’s exactly what it is! Club 36 means partying until dawn. Concerts always guarantee great moments and plenty of emotions.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Mountains captured in photographs – also at the Mountain Festival! Photography workshops, expeditions with camera in hand – there are many activities for those who love mountain photography.
TRIPS & HIKES
Trips led by figures famous in the mountain world, Himalayan climbers, and Festival guests. It’s a chance to be active, but also to talk and spend a few hours in the company of Mountain People in a fantastic setting.
COMPETITIONS
Film and Literary Competitions – during the Festival we present works selected by the jury, which you can also get to know and judge for yourselves. And where there are competitions, there are Galas!
